During lunch, there will be a panel discussion with Berkeley City Club's classically trained Executive Chef, Fabrice Marcon, and the company founders who provided and prepared the foods being served at the event. Chef Marcon has crafted an exquisite menu composed from local, alternative meat and dairy products that have been paired with Bay Area beers and wines.
