Berkeley Alliance of Business Organizations

In Early 2023, The Berkeley Chamber and other Berkeley business community advocates convened to establish a new network of business organizations called Berkeley Alliance of Business Organizations (BABO). Leaders from Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), neighborhood groups, business alliances, trade organizations, and Berkeley-based groups now meet monthly to share information and collaborate on issues that impact businesses and property owners throughout Berkeley. The alliance communicates best practices, ideas, and resources, and advocates on behalf of its members to further the goals of growing and maintaining Berkeley’s vital commercial districts.
