Holiday Gift Fair registration terms & conditions:
Event will provide 6' tables with plain black tablecloths and two chairs. Should you wish to provide your own table, tablecloth, chairs, or other display elements, please notify the Chamber
Vendors are subject to approval by Chamber staff, and must provide Event with a valid CA Seller Permit
Sale of food, beverages and alcohol is prohibited
Vendors may not pack or leave prior to 7pm, and vacate their space no later than 8pm
Event staff reserves the right to enter Vendor spaces for inspection and to enforce any changes necessary to bring the Vendor's space into compliance with this agreement
Vendors shall display merchandise only within the reserved space provided
Vendors must check in with Vendor Registration at the beginning of the event and use only their designated space
Full vendor terms will be provided upon registration
