Beth Roessner | CEO
Email Beth Beth has served as the CEO of the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce since 2021. Prior to that she was the Chamber's Director of Operations for one year. She is passionate about serving the local business and nonprofit community and working to make Berkeley a more diverse, equitable, and vibrant city for businesses to grow and thrive. Beth has been a member of the Berkeley Rotary Club since 2013, having served on its board of directors and as club president. She currently serves on the steering committee of the Berkeley Startup Cluster, is a member of the Berkeley Lab Community Advisory Group, and on the board of directors for the Downtown Berkeley Association. She has a B.A. in Art History from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and resides in the East Bay with her family. |

Jennifer Warfel-Turrell
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT Email Jennifer Jennifer started with the Chamber in July of 2023. A former NYC actor, she has also held various admin positions in the advertising and software industries. Jennifer has a BA in Speech, Communications & Drama from Marymount College of Fordham University, as well as post-degree instruction in both the theatre arts and in commercial and creative writing from various institutions. You can find her in Berkeley browsing in bookstores, trying new restaurants, going to the theatre, or dancing at music venues when her favorite bands are in town. She also enjoys art, ballet, writing and blogging, hiking and the outdoors, traveling, true crime, and of course...all things Berkeley! |
