Are you confused by Instant Runoff (Ranked Choice) Voting? So are we! Please join us on Monday, November 5 (the day before the official vote) to hear Berkeley's City Clerk, Mark Numainville, tell us how it works and what it means. Mr. Numainville has been Berkeley's City Clerk for less than a year but has been with the City Clerk's Office for several. He is resonspible for certifying the vote for the City of Berkeley before it goes to the County Registrar for final tallying. As a result, Mr. Numainville has to be the City's expert on how this works.
Please join us and bring your lunch for what will prove to be an eye opening experience about one of the most important duties we have as citizens.
