SB877 - Water sub-meters in residential buildings.

The bill moved well in both houses, winning strong bi-partisan support.  Vote tallies:

  • 9-0 in the Senate Committee on Business, Professional and Economic Development:
  • 9-0 in the Senate Committee on Appropriations:
  • 28-8 on the Senate floor;
  • 6-0 in the Assembly Committee on Business, Professions and Consumer Protection; and  
  • 16-0 in the Assembly Committee on Appropriations

The Chamber will consider taking a position on this matter
