Format:  If each of the three Council Members I invited to present -- Moore, Capitelli, and Wengraf -- come in prepared to present for ten minutes, that will give us 30 to 45 minutes for Q&A.

Topic:  What are the critical political issues in Berkeley likely to be over the next six months?

            How can the Chamber most effectively advocate on these issues in a way that will benefit its current members and attract new members?
